Equipment

Each engine is designated as a single company. Each engine is set up with a full compliment of structural fire fighting equipment, along with special devices that may be required for each individual first due area. All vehicles carry medical gear, as we run a first responder program for life threatening medical calls.

This unit was scheduled to be auctioned away, but, at the request of the union, was pulled from this fate. It was taken to the South side Station & painstakingly restored by the members of Local 313. It is now used for public events, parades & for spreading the word about fire prevention.
